iRecord All-media intelligent three-recording

iRecord offers multiple recording activation methods such as buttons, voice control, signaling, CTI, API, etc., and performs real-time buffer buffering and forwarding of calls in the contact center to achieve accompanying services, inbound/outbound call separation, and combined recording. It also provides screen recording and video recording functions.

iRecord provides multiple styles of activation methods, including full-process, on-demand, and selective recording functions; it supports local and remote monitoring, query, and statistics functions. Through the mirroring function of the network switch and the conference function of IPCC, it extracts the voice carrier streams, video streams, and call control signaling generated during the call process of IP phones. Meanwhile, it conducts processing such as recording, compression, and storage of voice and video data to achieve the recording of the complete call process.
